Walk of Gratitude – The walk of Gratitude explores things we can be grateful for.
Peace Walk – Shanti or inner peace is explored during this trail. One can get to explore the need for inner peace and come up with ways to increase one’s inner peace.

Each of us has many things to be grateful for, but we don’t always have the time or the clarity of mind to pay attention to them. The Walk of Gratitude gives you time to appreciate everything from clean water to the people around you.

There is so much to be grateful for! As you walk Walk of Gratitude, you will sense its serenity and silence. You will feel a flood of ‘things’ to be grateful for such as:

This Walk is all about discovering your inner Shanti, or ‘peace’. Many of us are plagued by restless or distressing thoughts, which is why it’s important to bring a sense of control and stability to our thoughts and emotions.

Inner Peace is not just for yogis or realized beings. Nirvana’s Peace Walk is a beautiful step to discovering your Shanti. Each of us yearns to be emotionally and mentally at peace.
