Peace Walk

Inner Peace begins the moment you choose not to allow other persons or events to control your emotions.

Never be in a hurry. Do everything quietly in a calm spirit. Do not lose your inner peace for anything whatsoever. Even if your whole world seems upset” — Buddha

Shanti. Shanti. Shanti…

“He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe” Marcus Aurelius

Inner Peace is not just for yogis or realised beings. Nirvana’s Peace Walk is a beautiful step to discovering your Shanti.

Each of us yearn to be emotionally and mentally at peace. We should live without restless or disturbing thoughts. And, we must raise our ‘inner-self’ to control our own mind, moods and reactions.

Relax. Surrender. Trust.

The Peace Walk has been cheerfully chosen to help you ‘find inner harmony and balance‘. We request you follow the process to most likely experience inner harmony and undisturbed balance.

Use your Nirvana Passport to capture any feelings, thoughts, or experiences which the Peace Walk may bring out in you.

Remember, this walk is about you! Its just another way for you to Just Be!

Yoga Walks

Scent of Smriti

Smriti is the Sanskrit word for mindfulness and has deep roots in eastern philosophies. Experience the moment, let go of stress and remain aware of the self on this Yoga Walk without worrying about the future or the past.

Peace Walk

This Walk is all about discovering your inner Shanti, or ‘peace’. Many of us are plagued by restless or distressing thoughts, which is why it’s important to bring a sense of control and stability to our thoughts and emotions.

Walk of Gratitude

Each of us has many things to be grateful for, but we don’t always have the time or the clarity of mind to pay attention to them. The Walk of Gratitude gives you time to appreciate everything from clean water to the people around you.
